Song Sparrows breed throughout most of Newfoundland between March and August. You may see a Song Sparrow along the edges of Quidi Vidi Lake and you may also see one in the trees near Long Pond as you can see by these clips that our Matt Davis was able to film. Song Sparrows are so named for their singing.
