Wrapping up National Zoo Keeper Week is Curtis Malott! Keeper Curtis may be last but he’s certainly not least. He has a close relationship with Ronan the Grizzly Bear 🐻 and the two enjoy their training sessions at Ronan’s training wall.

Meet Eric Mahan, one of our Desert keepers here at the North Carolina Zoo! Keeper Eric has worked with over 300 species 🤯 but has a soft spot for Kelly the Cape Porcupine. (We get it, we do too!)
