Sometimes you get to have a party for your 19 year old lion! It’s pretty rare though! Our boy Onyo’s birthday is today, December 12! He was thrilled to get a box to shred and some tasty snacks to eat! Thanks Keepers Gretchen and Maria for the love!
There’s a new Komodo dragon in town at Zoo Knoxville.
Slim, an 8-year-old male Komodo dragon, arrived at Zoo Knoxville from the Bronx Zoo in New York City. He is now the “Komodo in Residence” at the zoo’s Wee Play Adventure building.
