It’s operational temperature is 0 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit to 104 degrees Fahrenheit). The Numbat (Myrmecobius fasciatus), also known as the Noombat or Walpurti, is a small, insectivorous marsupial native to Australia. It is unique among marsupials for being strictly diurnal and feeding almost exclusively on termites.
