Arrive Scam is just the latest scandal.
But the Auditor General’s report, released today, shows that they spent tens of millions on literally nothing.
Worse, we don’t even know how much this is going to cost the Canadian tax payer, because they didn’t keep records. The best estimate is that the Arrive Can app will cost between 58-60 million dollars… for an App that could have been built over a weekend by a few computer science interns.
