But we now face extraordinary circumstances. Now, more than ever, we must focus and expand our efforts to protect species and habitats locally and around the world. As more species face the threat of extinction, and the health of our world degrades, the Zoo is launching a bold new Conservation Strategic Plan to expand our impact and cement our legacy of success in protecting wildlife and preserving the habitats we share.
